Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and exclude UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment through PayPal. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order.

Delivery

We deliver a product license key by email. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 2 working days.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). On cancellation of the order the license key issued will be revoked, and the software will cease functioning. We will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email to sales@ipimport.com quoting the serial number in the email.

Warranties

(a) IP Import Ltd and its agents give no warranties and make no representation that the Licensed Software will be suitable for any particular purpose, or for use under any specific conditions, notwithstanding that such purpose or conditions may have been notified to or otherwise be known to the IP Import Ltd.
(b) IP Import Ltd accepts no responsibility for any technical limitations of the Licensed Software.
(c) IP Import Ltd does not warrant that the operation of the Licensed Software will be uninterrupted or free from errors.
(d) In no circumstances will IP Import Ltd be under any liability to the Licensee for loss of profits, goodwill or any kind of consequential losses of any nature even if such loss was foreseeable.
(e) IP Import Ltd shall accept no liability whatsoever in connection with any damage to the tangible property of the Licensee resulting from the negligence of IP Import Ltd, its employees, agents or sub-contractors.
